1. Acceptance

By using UC Wrapped, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the site.

2. What UC Wrapped Is

UC Wrapped is an independent tool that lets students log and visualize their UC transfer admissions cycle. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or connected to the University of California system in any way. The service is provided for informational and personal use only.

3. Your Account

You are responsible for maintaining access to your account and for all activity that occurs under it. You must provide accurate information when creating your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms.

4. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

Submit false, misleading, or fabricated academic data
Impersonate another person or create accounts on their behalf without consent
Use the site to harass, defame, or harm others
Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or disrupt the service
Use the site for any unlawful purpose

5. Your Content

You own the data you submit. By submitting it, you grant UC Wrapped a limited, non-exclusive license to store it, display it back to you, and use it in anonymized aggregate form for statistics shown on the site.

When you generate and share a Wrapped card, you are choosing to make that content public. You are responsible for what you choose to share.

6. No Affiliation with the UC System

UC Wrapped is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, sponsored by, or connected to the University of California system or any of its campuses. All UC trademarks, logos, and institutional materials are the property of their respective owners. Any admission outcome data on this site is self-reported by users and has not been verified or endorsed by any institution.

7. Accuracy of Data

All academic and admission data on UC Wrapped is user-submitted and unverified. We make no representations about the accuracy of any data on the site, including aggregate statistics. Do not rely on this data for any important decisions.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

UC Wrapped is provided as-is, without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee the site will be available, error-free, or accurate at any given time.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, UC Wrapped and its operators shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of, or inability to use, the service — including but not limited to data loss, service interruptions, inaccurate information, or decisions made in reliance on content found here.
